GEOKORE provides solutions for energy efficiency in buildings through the design of geothermal systems for both new and existing structures. Often, the design of these systems is carried out using simplified methods, approximate data, and without a comprehensive view of the current situation. This results in the design of inefficient projects that do not truly meet the client's needs.
GEOKORE guides the client from the preliminary phase, thoroughly analysing the current situation, managing bureaucratic procedures, and carefully explaining the most efficient strategies to the client, all the way to the execution phase. The development of a proposal for the client is based on the fundamental concepts of geothermal system design, such as the study of the building’s energy needs, the analysis of the site’s hydrogeological characteristics (geology, significant groundwater flow, territorial constraints), and the presence of adjacent systems that may cause thermal interference, reducing the energy performance of the installed system.
The proposed solutions consider integrated and innovative approaches, such as the adoption of multi-source heat pumps or hybrid systems (geothermal-gas), coupling with photovoltaic systems, and underground heat storage (ATES or BTES systems). The collaboration of engineers, geologists, and scientific researchers with years of experience in the field of geothermal energy ensures the execution of projects that rely on both expertise and innovation.
